Check Your Background Check Status Enter your TCN (Transaction Control Number) from your fingerprint appointment to view the status of your FDLE background check. Your technician should have allowed you to take a photo of the TCN when your fingerprints were completed. If your TCN isn’t found, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. Note: This tool only tracks FDLE background checks. Checks processed through other agencies may take additional time to reach the requester.
